Come join our JUSTIN Downtown Tasting Room team located in the heart of Paso Robles The Reservationist is responsible for guest communication, including inbound/outbound calls and emails for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Vineyards, and Lewis Cellars. Ensures that all forms of communication are clear and succinct, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience and increasing sales/booking conversion.
Job Description
- Deliver unparalleled and intuitive customer service
- Promptly answer the telephone using a positive and clear voice. Graciously receives guest communication, offers appropriate suggestions, and follows up as needed
- Promptly respond to guest emails and text messages in a professional manner
- Provide insightful sales recommendations with an elevated mindset through clear and conscience communication
- Fully understand and upsell the experiences and offerings that JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and the sister wineries offer to maximize profit
- Responsible for inputting thorough information into our operation systems to enhance the guest experience
- Promptly completes the reservation process for multiple outlets and events by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, and confirming pertinent information
- Respond to and report on guest feedback and requests in an appropriate and timely fashion
- Resolve customer complications and complaints with the assistance of management by using good judgment to determine the most effective solution
- Build strong relationships with guests and wine society members
- Support Reservation Sales Manager by way of fielding calls, and administrative support, when necessary
- Maintain and uphold 5-star service standards
- 1 year of experience in a hospitality, receptionist or consumer-facing role
- Experience with the reservations systems (Tock, Opentable) preferred
- Experience with multi-line telephone systems preferred
- Demonstrated strong ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or busy days
- Ability to establish direction, obtain commitment and execute appropriate logistical processes
