Director of Investor Relations

A leading private equity firm is looking to grow and bring on a Director of Investor Relations. With a proven track record of successful projects and a commitment to sustainable and impactful investments, we are dedicated to driving value for our investors and partners. As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join their team as Investor Relations Director.

As the Director of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with investors, managing communications, and providing crucial support to the executive leadership team. This multifaceted position requires a candidate with a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic investment environment.

Director of Investor Relations Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to communicate fund performance, strategies, and updates to investors.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and reporting requirements.

Communication:

  • Draft and edit communications materials, including press releases, investor updates, and reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the firm's visibility and brand.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for fundraising activities and roadshows.

Project Management:

  • Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Director of Investor Relations Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in investor relations within the private equity or infrastructure investment space.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
