  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience working with a General Contractor is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Licenses/Certifications: PMP certification and OSHA 30-hour certification are preferred but not required.
