Job Description:

The mission of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is to protect America from the cross-border crime and illegal immigration that threaten national security and public safety. ICE focuses on smart immigration enforcement, preventing terrorism, and combating the illegal movement of people and goods.

[ads1] Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing all cases which may involve community treatment placement, hospital placement, or other after care situations.
  • Assessing and evaluating the mental health of detainees and refer to outside treatment facilities if necessary.
  • Serving as a mental health consultant to other health professionals at the facility.
  • Arranging placement in, or treatment of, detainees in appropriate settings as required by the conditions of release outlined by ICE.
Job Requirements:
  • Males born after 12/31/59 must certify registration with Selective Service.
  • You must successfully pass a drug screen.
  • You must successfully pass a background investigation.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
Qualification & Experience:
  • You must have successfully completed all the requirements for the doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
