Job summary :

We are seeking a highly qualified Service Delivery Manager to join our team as a Senior Manager. With a focus on delivering exceptional services in the realm of Master Data Management (MDM) the ideal candidate will have a profound technical background in Cloud MDM Informatica MDM and Reltio MDM. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients enhancing our operational excellence and driving significant value through innovative MDM solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Supervise the planning implementation and tracking of MDM projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement effective MDM strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of master data across all platforms
  • Monitor project progress addressing potential issues and adjusting project scope schedule and costs as necessary.
  • Provide expert guidance on MDM best practices tools and methodologies to team members and customers.
  • Analyze current technologies and processes recommending improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Foster strong client relationships understanding their business challenges and customizing MDM solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service performance implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to data management and privacy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in MDM technology applying insights to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering MDM projects particularly in Cloud MDM, Informatica MDM and Reltio MDM.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of MDM architectures and data models.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data models is a plus providing a solid foundation for understanding and implementing complex data structures.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement staying updated with the latest in MDM technology
