  • 32 patient contact hours; 8 admin hours; 4/10 schedule.
  • No call schedule at the present moment.
  • Will be working in the hospital, oncology clinic, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and doing home visits.
  • About 5-10 ppd; adults to geriatric.
  • Seeking providers with experience, preferably with geriatric, palliative care, and/or hospice experience; must have a vehicle and valid WA drivers license.
  • Will be working with two other Palliative Care NPs.
