Practice Information
One BC/BE Allergist needed to join a busy clinic in Logan Outpatient only, inpatients are covered by hospitalists, both for child and adult with consults only when needed by hospitalist Large referral base of employed primary care physicians in the same Medical Group Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
Requirements
Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Allergy Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license ACGME Residency BLS certified

$7.25 - $999.99
