This is a fast paced center that will allow you to use your RN, multi-tasking, and customer service skills in a challenging rewarding environment where you can provide immediate results for your patients.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, professional, patient-centered, intuitive RN who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast paced environment and is committed to patient satisfaction and helping their team succeed to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Shift - PRN
NO WEEKENDS, NO NIGHTS, NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS
During your time on the pre/post procedure side of the center you will:
- Assist with rooming patients.
- Confirm medical history.
- Communicate with provider.
- Administer pre procedure medication as ordered.
- Provide patient education.
- Discharge patients.
During your time on the procedural side of the center you will:
- Assist with various pain procedures: joint injections, trigger point injections, steroid epidurals, IV Administration, IV Medications, ablations and more.
- This is a hands on RN position where you can be part of an inclusive, collaborative and helpful team that keeps patient care a priority and is always going above and beyond to help each other. This position is supported by a supportive, engaged, and empowering leader who wants to help you grow your skills and your career.
The Work:
- Provides professional nursing care for pain patients following established standards and practices.
- Responsible for telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, assist with procedures, dressing changes, and other duties as assigned by respective pain center.
- Able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as, autonomously.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
