The Associate Instructional Designer will use multimedia technology and authoring tools to design and develop instructional materials. These materials will facilitate internal learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Must provide work samples.   This is a 5 to 6 month 100% REMOTE opportunity that could be extended.   Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration on adult education, instructional, industrial or graphic design
  • 1-3 years of experience designing and developing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Powerpoint skills)
  • Quality-focused orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Problem solver
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • System implementation experience preferred
  • Pharmacy/Healthcare industry experience  

    salary: $45 - $49.64 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs.
    • Develop performance objectives to meet the learner’s needs.
    • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
    • Create material/media to support learning (audio, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
    • Determine the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
    • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
    • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
