We are hiring for a Argronomy Truck Driver, a Grain Operator, and a Custom Applicator Wages are $22-$35/hour depending on position, and experience.

We have a well maintained and upkept grain facility with experienced staff looking to add key personnel

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Learn to operate the grain facility and all the equipment.
● Perform routine maintenance and cleaning around facilities.
● Assist with maintaining grain quality standards.
● Promote safety in the workplace; observe all safety procedures, identify and communicate workplace hazards promptly, correcting unsafe conditions and actions.
● Be courteous and pleasant when working with customers and provide excellent service.
● Report needed repairs to management promptly.
● Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills/Abilities:
● Ability to interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner.
● Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.

● High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
● Ability to safely operate forklift and other equipment.

Education and Experience:

● Previous farm and/or grain experience preferred but not required.
● CDL required for Driver.
