Supervisory Interdisciplinary

Manage Project Managers, technical, and support staff, setting priorities, making assignments, and resolving grievances. Establish performance standards and ensure staff training and development.
Oversee management and coordination of projects, developing comprehensive plans incorporating regulations and policies. Integrate all district functions and manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
Manage planning, design, and construction for diverse and complex projects, including environmental considerations. Handle multiple sponsors and conflicting interests, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, allocating funds, analyzing cost reports, and addressing issues. Forecast problems and manage contingency funds, providing status reports to leadership.
Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and external agencies, ensuring communication of project progress and resolution of issues. Manage agreements and maintain fiscal security for sponsor commitments.
Create and enforce Project Management Plans, integrating stakeholder needs and district functions. Participate in budget decisions and project programming, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
