Operations Supervisor Overview:

The right candidate will have experience leading a team to high Guest Satisfaction scores. The Operations Supervisor of this property is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and Housekeeping departments with a strong focus on the Food and Beverage outlet.

Ensuring Guest Satisfaction and brand compliance Associate Teambuilding and Development Supervise the front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction. Overseeing the front desk's daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards. May perform morning opening duties, such as printing room status reports, distributing keys, and conducting morning meetings. Ensuring the dining room is clean and looking its best, and assisting with seating and serving during peak hours. Ensuring adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines

Job Requirements:

A keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills. To be successful in this role a Food and Beverage background is required, and Bartending experience is strongly preferred. Physical mobility and stamina. Must be able to pass a background check Ability to follow instructions.
