Skills and experience Strong experience working within the SalesForce application in administrative or development roles in mid- to large-sized companies Strong experience with Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud Force.com and partner communities Experience with Health Cloud Commerce Cloud Apex SOQL XML JavaScript Salesforce.com developer kit controllers and triggers Visual force Force.com IDE Migration tool and web services preferred Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts Strong knowledge of CRM-related business capabilities and processes including Salesforce Automation (SFA) and Customer Service Demonstrated experience managing relationships and gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders at multiple levels (managers individual contributors department heads etc.) Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects Experience with Release Management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) release processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Ability to create positive and high-performance work cultures Prefer experience in a regulated environment such as biotechnology healthcare.
