Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) - a physician led and accountable 600+ provider multispecialty group - has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a growing group in Nampa, Idaho.

Team: Join 3 physicians and 1 APP

Schedule: 32 patient contact hours per week - 4 day work week or reduced FTE available. Call is 1:4, one week at a time. Reduced FTE available depending on physician preference.

EMR: EPIC

Excellent support staff: 1:1 MA, Team Nurse, Population Health Support, in-clinic counseling available

Enjoy a full-spectrum, general pediatric practice including wellness and same day sick visits, chronic disease management, school and sports physicals, acute illness & injuries, et al. Inpatient nursery/newborn care is available, if desired.

The qualified candidate will exude passion about health issues and demonstrate evidence of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degreeSuccessful completion of an accredited Pediatric residency programBoard certified through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics (AOBP), or ability to obtain within 3 years of employmentCurrent, unrestricted medical license in Idaho, or ability to obtainValid controlled substance registration with the Idaho board of Pharmacy & DEA
