We are seeking candidates who are passionate about learning new skills (pastry production, pasta making, , butchering, basic prep.), possess a strong work ethic, and desire to work in a scratch kitchen. Our menu includes rotating items, based on seasonality. While at work, you will learn authentic Italian production techniques and forms while also working in a job that prioritizes a work/life balance. We expect all team members to contribute ideas and collaborate together to make the strongest possible culinary team.
Responsibilities include:
-Production with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
-Working in a learning environment with room for professional development and growth
-Developing and contributing ideas with menu additions
-Operating in a clean workspace and producing top-quality food to support the culinary team
-Maintaining health department, food quality, and restaurant standards at all times
Requirements include:
-Great and happy personalities eager to learn; responsible, respectful, and team player
-Relevant restaurant experience or recent culinary graduate with exceptional skills
-Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
-Great work ethic and committed to being the best
-Flexibility to work weekends and without restrictions

Benefits:
We offer competitive wages, with medical and dental benefits after 90 days of employment for full time employees. After 30 days of employment, our team enjoys 50% off of food and N/A beverages (up to 4 people) at all of our restaurants. After one year of employment, full time employees become eligible to join the company's 401K plan with up to 4% company matching. There is free parking available.
