This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant’s EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with “best of bread” platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

Required Qualifications

· Pega Certified –CSSA

· 8+ years of total experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega PRPC.

· Hands on experience on PEGA 7.x & PEGA 8.x versions.

· Expert in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ and Error handling.

· Experience on creating technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision rules etc. following the branching strategy

· Adhere to the best practices including but not limited to Pega and team specific Guardrails.

· Review alert logs to ensure quality standards. Run pre-flight and PAL to insure performance and quality.

· Good understanding of UX/UI and experience on working with Portals, Skins, Flow Action, Sections and all the UI components.

· Hands on Background Jobs Implementation and configuration.

· Experience in Admin Studio and SMA configurations and must be able to improve the performance of application.

· Experience in Oracle and SQL Database operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Responsible to develop Pega applications, to meet business requirements and timely delivery to production to adhering to SAFe methodology and also for estimating the effort required for the development of the product using PEGA project sizing tool.

· JOB DUTIES: Works with client architects and solution management team to develop solution(s) that meets the client requirements and makes sure the solution is designed as per Pega standards and reused across other Pega platforms and multiple applications.

· Responsible to review the implemented solution, code or product and make sure the solution, which is designed, meets Pega predefined standards and guardrails. She is responsible for designing and building Pega applications, user interfaces, decision rules, reports and other core functionalities using Pega rules.

· Works with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models. She defines the Pega PRPC process flows, flow actions that map business requirements into capabilities.

· Interact with the business team to identify and understand Business & Technical requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 to 150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
