Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Principal Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 /Year to $162,000 /Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 17 to 20 years of experience in SAP ERP GTS Customs Management, SAP ERP GTS Compliance Management, and SAP GTS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order to Cash Order Management and Finance & Accounting. This role involves leading complex projects, ensuring seamless integration, and driving innovation to support our company strategic goals.
Role Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving discussions with the customer SMEs, IT, defining Key design decisions, business process flows and finalize design.
• Responsible analyzing and documenting requirements, providing best possible solutions to customer requirements, standardization of the current processes and harmonizing them.
• Design new solution extensions, participate and contribute to the solution roadmap, implementation strategy and help in creating solution documentation.
• Participate in technology integration discussions and contribute towards solving them.
• Accountable for meeting committed deliverables and deadlines.
Role Qualifications:
• Excellent understanding of SAP and S/4HANA best practices and proven experience in implementation of SAP in the Life sciences sector.
• Exposure to compliance requirements-GMP, Export compliance,
• Expertise in setting up and running through solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders
o Experience in implementation of the SAP GTS – Master data synchronization ( BPs, Materials….)Compliance management, Customs management(Export /Import management, customs procedures, FTZ, bonded warehousing, ), Preference management, Embargoes/SPL, Intrastat reporting.
• Excellent understanding of SAP and S/4HANA best practices and proven experience in implementation of SAP in the Life sciences sector.
