Position Summary...

What you'll do...

In this role, you will help shape mobile strategy on the Sam's Club Scan & Go platform. You will help drive product and engineering initiatives by building new products, features, and architecture for the Sam's Club mobile app.

What you'll do:

Design and implement core features in the Sam's Club Scan & Go mobile application.Influence and collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, design leads and the business to develop a unified approach to Mobile engineering.Understand complex architecture and add any enhancements to the existing solutions.Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
What you'll bring:

Deep understanding and experience developing iOS Applications. Experience providing technical leadership to mobile engineering teams. A proven ability to work alongside cross-functional engineering, product, business and design teams to help drive the roadmap. Experience improving code quality through unit testing, automation testing, and performance testing. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or PhD or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
