The role will involve leading the construction of this project, collaborating with the project team to ensure the development is delivered on time and on budget with all financial, quality and safety standards being successfully managed.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Mentor and develop field engineers and foremen.
  • Overall management of Procore for field documentation, reports, and updates.
  • Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, foreman meetings and pre-installation conferences as required.
  • Direct field team and punch crews to deliver projects successfully and meet deadlines.
  • Management of subcontractor personnel.
  • Assist superintendent with developing internal project specific safety plans and logistics plans.
  • Review subcontractor safety plans.
  • Ensure project materials meet specifications and submittals prior to installation.
  • Routinely meet deadlines with a high level of quality.
  • Verification of field dimensions, layout, and rough openings.
  • Ensure a clean and safe jobsite free of construction debris.
  • Perform weekly safety, project checklists, SWPPP and equipment checklists in Procore.
  • Training, implementation, and execution of Compliance Requirement
