We invite you to join the Airgas team as a Class A Delivery Driver for Salt Lake City, UT.

Compensation:

  • Rate of Pay $31.00/hr
  • Overtime after 40 hours/ week (Double time for work performed on Sundays and Holidays)
  • Safety Bonus
  • Per Diem
  • Referral Bonus Pay
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

  • Home Daily- - Monday- Friday (early start time varies 3 a.m./4 a.m.)
  • Layover- Tues Night/ Thursday Night
  • Hours can vary based on delivery- early morning start times
  • Average 40 hours per week

Equipment:

  • Class A Dry Van
  • Well Maintained Up-to Date Equipment

Are you a MATCH?

​Minimum Qualifications

  • Supervisory/Dispatch experience preferred.

  • Computer experience (SAP, Google and Excel).

  • Fleet maintenance experience.

  • Knowledge of DOT regulations.

  • Class A CDL driver’s license 

  • Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) expectations:

  • No accidents in the last three years.

  • No DUI in the last seven years.

  • No more than 2 minor moving violations in the last three years.

  • No serious violations in the last three years (reckless driving, speeding 15+).

  • No suspensions in the last three years, except for failure to pay child support.

  • One year experience driving a commercial vehicle or diploma from an accredited truck driving school required within the last four years.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.

  • Be able to work weekends.

  • Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Additional Information:

Drive Cam in trucks.

No electronics/Bluetooth allowed.

Zero tolerance for cell and electronic devices while driving an Airgas CMV.

Airgas operates a modern and efficient fleet.

Most vehicles are under 6 years old and equipped with driver-friendly technology, such as On Board Computers, collision avoidance technology, latest camera technology and GPS navigation.
