Requirements

Completion of Residency ProgramUrologic oncology fellowship trained surgeon desiredMIS robotic trained surgeon is a plusOpen to new graduatesLicensed in the state of WA by time of employmentBoard certified or board eligible in Urology by time of employmentDEA, NPI & prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
