  • Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated litigation associate to join its litigation practice group.
  • This is a shareholder track position that offers a competitive salary and bonus system based upon merit and productivity.
  • Ability to manage complex discovery and litigation;
  • Courtroom experience (motion practice, hearings);
  • Superior skills at drafting pleadings and motions.
  • The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our team on a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law and worker's compensation.
  • Primary duties would include assisting with case management, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and attending court hearings and depositions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as well as strong academic qualifications.
