Contract Duration: 6+ Months Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's/University degree. 6 to 10 years of experience. Knowledge of financial services industry. Experience with partnership management, business development, and strategic planning. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership. Excellent project management skills. In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required. Desired Skills & Experience Master's degree. What You Will Be Doing Manage strategic partners across a variety of responsibilities including strategy, ongoing management and operational improvements. Manage product economics in partnership with marketing by driving clients to low-cost redemption options as well as by securing marketing funding from key retailers. Partner with cross functional teams to manage any operational or client service-related issues which may arise. Ensure a seamless and frictionless client experience. Conduct market assessments to identify innovation opportunities to enhance the client experience and bring those capabilities to market. Work within the Product Strategy and Planning team and develop a strategic framework to evaluate program offerings and identify key partnership opportunities to drive program engagement (internal and external). Engage in work that has a direct business impact or provides advice regarding the operations of the business. Organize and coordinate programs to ensure overall team's accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals. Coordinate program planning for client to ensure identification of appropriate delivery schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations. Coordinate product introduction with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment. Provide continuing product surveillance and management of assigned products and categories to attain financial objectives. Engage in activities that require vision and analysis and ability to think beyond the existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas. Develop short-term plans and execute functional strategies requiring coordination and integration across units and provides input into decisions affect Product Strategy and planning function within a region or business. May mentor less experienced team members and new hires.
