Compensation – 'New’ base salary starting at $320k Residency/Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sumUp to $250k recruitment incentives Continuing medical education– 15 working days and $4,500 CME fundsFully paid relocation 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k Paid time off, holidays, parental and military leaveAcademic involvement with medical students and residents
