Qualifications Knowledge Of
  • Housekeeping standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Skills And Ability To
  • Determine supply and demand.
  • Analyze activities and information to arrive at logical conclusions.
  • Meet quality standards for service.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing to convey information effectively.

  • Work varying schedules to reflect business needs of the hotel, including evenings, weekends and holidays and maintain availability via cell phone.

  • Successfully hire, train and motivate staff.
  • Limited travel may be required.
Education And Experience
  • Four years progressively responsible experience in housekeeping supervisory/management experience required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Physical Requirements Medium Work Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to hear, stand, stoop, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, and have a keen sense of visual acuity.
