Architectural Designer

Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $65k – $85k

Our client, a Twin Cities multidiscipline firm with architectural, engineering, and environmental services, needs an Architectural Designer to assist in all phases of a project. As an Architectural Designer, you will work with a team on institutional and civic buildings.

Responsibilities of the Architectural Designer:

  • Participate in all design and construction phases, creating detailed designs and construction documents using Revit.
  • Coordination with clients and project teams throughout the project
  • Prepare design specifications, materials, and project information with strong attention to detail.
  • May mentor junior staff.
  • Conduct site and facility verification and assist in construction administration as needed.

    Qualifications of the Architectural Designer:

    • Associate in Architectural Drafting or Professional degree in Architecture
    • 5+ years of professional design experience.
    • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
    • Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
    • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Effective written and oral communication skills for reports and team meetings.
