Job Description

Job Summary:

Production Admin is responsible for analyzing moderate to complex information to prepare various reports. They will work within the organizations' cost, quantity and quality constraints to plan the flow of supplies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Focus is on the immediate production schedule within the manufacturing planning time fence of today and this week.Responsible for inventory control accuracy of production dailyNeeds to review the production runs for the previous day to ensure orders are being executed correctlyReports to plant management with dotted line relationship to OPs management teamProvide any documentation needed to help function in production to OPS managementData Gathering & Analysis - Ability to read and interpret analytical reportsData Entry & Analysis - daily entries for production weight logsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and tasks in a work environment that has frequent interruptionsStrict adherence to confidentialityPrepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delaysAnalyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.Communicate production status and error update to management on regular basisEvaluate issues, analyze root causes and derive solutionsGenerate production reports for management daily & weekly reportingOther duties as defined.

Job Specifications and Requirements:

Education and Experience:
HS diploma or equivalent.Two or more years' experience.Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
