A local healthcare company is seeking a Program Manager to join their team and be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating healthcare programs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or nursing.

Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $60,000 a year Responsibilities
  • Identify healthcare needs and develop program objectives.
  • Design program strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate program staffing, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Monitor program activities and provide guidance and support to staff.
  • Develop data collection and evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness.
  • Analyze program data to measure outcomes and identify trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in program management within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report writing. 
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulations, and quality improvement principles.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
