Kraemer Women’s Care, a private practice located in Columbia, South Carolina, is looking for a board certified or board eligible physician to join their growing practice. Currently consisting of 6 full-scope Ob/Gyn physicians and 6 nurse practitioners, our practice is looking to improve patient access and care, while at the same time finding work-life balance for our team. We are in the process of hiring both in office and Hospitalist physicians as we move towards a model that best accommodates the complex schedules of an Ob/Gyn.

Practice Highlights

5 office days per weekEach physician has their own RN and medical assistantYour RN will scribe, chaperone, order all indicated tests, send referrals and tasks for surgery/inductions, and assist with your inboxEpic EMRPhysician office inbox managed by an assigned nurse practitioner… no more grueling hours of reviewing results and patient messages—we have a team for this1 hospital day per week for scheduled Gyn cases and OB inductionsNight and weekend call will be handled by our Ob/Gyn Hospitalist teamOur physicians will serve as back up for this team, and will also have the option to sign up for 12-24hr shifts at a competitive hourly rateOur affiliated hospital is Prisma Health Baptist15 labor and delivery birthing suites, 5 triage rooms, 5 observation rooms6 antenatal high risk rooms40 postpartum and gyn rooms3 OR suites located on Labor and DeliveryDaVinci Robot available in the main operating room, training and certification is also available through our teamCompetitive salary and benefits4 weeks PTOYear end bonus potential based on practice performanceRelocation expenses and continuing education stipend
