  • We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and motivated Exercise Specialist/Personal Trainer to join our growing health and wellness team.
  • Identify client goals through a structured consultation process and determine the appropriate method of training that will enable the client to reach those goals, whether this be through one-on-one personal training, small group training (0-5 individuals), and/or large group training (6-10+ individuals).
  • Instruct clients in strength training principles, training procedures, and exercise techniques.
  • Documentation of all personal training sessions using company policies and procedures.
  • Exercise Specialist/Personal Trainer must have a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, exercise science or physical education.
  • Courses in basic nutrition, exercise techniques and group fitness are beneficial.
  • Personal trainer certification from a NCCA Accredited organization (NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NASM) strongly recommended but not required.
  • ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and/or NSCA CSCS highly recommended but not required.
