Magnetic Particle Inspector - 2 nd Shift Location: DeKalb, IL

Shift Type: Full-time, Monday - Wednesday: 3 PM - 3 AM, Thursday 4:30 PM - 1 AM (occasional OT available on Friday - Saturday)

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled and adaptable Magnetic Particle Inspector to join our team on the 2 ND shift. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through the inspection of materials and components using magnetic particle testing techniques.

Responsibilities: Operate a hand grinder to grind metal parts.Perform magnetic particle inspection according to set standards.Operate saws to cut metal parts.Assist with preparing parts for heat treatment.Search for defects with a blue light and correct any errors.Complete paperwork and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAttention to detailExperience working with steel preferredAbility to stand/push/pull/twist/turn continuouslyAbility to occasionally lift 40+ lbs unassistedForklift experience preferred.Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and detailed background check.Ways to Apply:Call our office at 815-#-# or text 815-#-# to get started.Apply online at ***/dekalbil .
