Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify accuracy of auto loan packages received for funding in the designated time frame
  • Make consistent and sound decisions involving verification of documents
  • Communicate with fellow processors and underwriters to insure consistency on compliance documents
  • Contact credit union or dealer partners to review loan terms if necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
     
     
    Skills/Knowledge:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws as they pertain to consumer lending
  • Must possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills  
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and work well with others as part of a team
  • Ability to self-initiate areas of opportunity, make recommendations for improvement, and follow up as necessary to achieve desired results
  • Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunication
  • Build lasting relationships through superior customer service
  • PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and the Internet
  • Strong time management skills and attentiveness to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated through prior work experience
  • Demonstrated competencies necessary for success include: Detail Oriented, Good Follow-up Skills, Organized, Good Communication Skills, and Good Sense of Urgency in dealing with time sensitive documents

Preferred:

  • 2 years of previous auto loan/lease processing experience preferred
