Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry

  • Add leads and perform data cleanup activities of customer records in CRM

  • Customer activation requests

  • Customer data pulls

  • Assist with Mail List generation

  • Call and email inactive customers

  • Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects

  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • High school diploma/GED preferred

  • Some college in a related field or applicable experience desired

  • Business major (does not need to be marketing specific)

  • Training in database systems preferred

  • Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail

  • Work onsite

  • Able to work up to 28 hours per week

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing

  • Working conditions are indoor and quiet
