A Brief Overview:
NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional, fellowship-trained in Sleep Medicine, Head & Neck Surgeon to join the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. 

What you will do:

The physician will provide sleep surgery and general ENT careImprove sleep surgery patient volumeExpand our geographic footprint Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity

What you will need:

IL Medical License – active and in good standing or pendingIL DEA LicenseCertification: BC/BE by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck SurgeryExperience:  Fellowship trained in Sleep Medicine
