 The new physician can expect to work a five day work week.  Physicians typically do their surgeries in the morning and see patients for the rest of the day.  The practice is 50% Gyn and 50% OB.  Expect to average 20 patients per day, and 8-10 deliveries per month per physician.   Call during the week will be shared with one physician, and 1 in 5 weekends.   Hospital has Laborists if needed.   
 
 The group offers full-scope womenâs care to include Urogynecology and Infertility. They offer in-office ultrasound, colposcopy, diagnostic hysteroscopy, and LEEP, and have a good surgical volume. The practice is well known for being a leader in bio-identical hormone pellet therapy, in which the new physician will be trained. The practice also offers aesthetics including Botox and fillers, SmartLipo, various laser procedures, and labiaplasty.
 
 The group is in a beautiful office located 1 block from the hospital.  The office is fully equipped with several exam rooms and with interchangeable ultrasound rooms. They have a brand new 3D/4D ultrasound in house.      
 
 The practice has a satellite office located in Key Largo, approximately 45 minutes away.  The new physician will work periodically at the Key Largo office.   
 
 The practice delivers and does all in-house surgeries at highly regarding hospital in Miami.. They have a level III nursery and the Labor floor has been recently renovated and is very attractive.  All specialists are on staff as well as 24hr dedicated Ob Anesthesiology.  
 
 The ideal candidate will be well trained and confident, someone with outstanding communication skills and an excellent bedside manner.  
 
 Highly competitive salary. Production bonus is offered beginning the second year and is based on collections. Full benefits including  Medical (family extra),  Cell phone stipend, 401k. Medical Malpractice defense.   Partnership potential after 3 years.
