  • What you'll be doing: Own and drive your role in the Pepper Joe's business through proper care and production in the Greenhouse.
  • Manage greenhouse cleanliness & sanitation Take ownership of seed germination testing Lead pepper de-seeding, harvesting, and assist with shipping & order coordination Coordinate with the team to assist with pepper plant care (planting, medium prep, pruning, fertilizer mixing, etc.)
  • Assist with equipment maintenance Advocate & adhere to greenhouse PPE policy Seek continuous improvement & alignment with greenhouse goals
