Shifts usually start at 6:30am until 11am. Serving hotel guests at the Bistro by making food and drinks. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup,   stocking, wiping down tables, engaging in a meaningful way with guests, cleanup and preparation for the next day. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us.Essential Functions

Serve guests food and drinks at the hotels restaurant  Practice standards of cleanliness and food handling Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines Set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special Guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature Strictly adhere to Company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer Upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures Carry out any reasonable request by Management Education, Experience, Other Requirements

Required

Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions Weekend availability 

Preferred

Food and Beverage experience  Work experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Field Experience with hotel operation systems
