    About Our Client

    I'm partnered with the CFO at a global, multi-million dollar food & beverage manufacturing company in Addison, IL. The company is looking to add on an experienced finance professional to own and innovate their total company forecasting model, driving business decisions with data-driven insights. As a key member of their finance team, you'll develop and maintain a comprehensive forecasting model that includes consolidations, cash flow, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

    This client is a market leader in their space, utilized by some of the biggest names in the industry. As the Head of FP&A you will have the opportunity to lead their entire finance team and work directly alongside the CFO.

    Job Description

    The Head of FP&A will be responsible for:

  • Developing and driving our total company forecasting model, including consolidations, cash flow, scenario planning, and variance analysis
Create and manage complex financial models using Excel and other programs/systemsMaintain a comprehensive forecasting model that includes consolidations, cash flow, scenario planning, and variance analysis.Develop and maintain a comprehensive forecasting model that includes consolidations, cash flow, scenario planning, and variance analysisOwning the strategic planning process for pricing and product P&LsAnalyzing data to drive business decisions and presenting findings to senior leadershipCollaborating with the finance team to implement changes and improve financial processes

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Head of FP&A will have:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance Higher education preferred Extensive management experienceProficiency in Excel and ability to integrate data from various systemsExperience with financial modeling and forecastingStrong communication and analytical skillsAbility to present and explain complex points to higher leadership
