Position: P/T Prep Cook

Status: 3-4 days/week; 21-32 hrs/week, MUST HAVE ***WEEKEND AVAILABILITY ***

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm

Benefits: Attendance bonus, referral bonus ($100/person), monthly employee appreciation meal, free food, health insurance paid 100% by company for full-time employees, PTO, 401k

Job duties:
Prep vegetables, seafood, sushi rice, sauces
Make salad rolls, poke bowls, etc.
Package retail products
Assist kitchen team with organizing inventory, cleaning, and dishwashing
Adhere to company, state, and local food safety regulations
Be friendly, positive, and have a team mindset

Qualifications:

Over 1 year experience in a commercial/restaurant kitchen preferred
Basic knife skills are a must
Experience with hot foods is preferred
Experience cutting down salmon fillets a huge plus
Dependable, punctual, and can work with a sense of urgency
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Must wear non-slip shoes
Must be able to stand for the full shift and lift 50 lbs.
No jewelry or artificial nails of any kind are allowed in the kitchen during production and beard/hairnets are to be worn at all times.
