  • Offer a warm Laguna Beach welcome to our valued guests
  • Effortlessly manage reservations on various platforms
  • Explain the luxurious features of our accommodations and exclusive amenities
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and professionalism
  • Work in synergy with our housekeeping team to maintain immaculate guest rooms
  • Ensure seamless group bookings and VIP concierge services
  • Offer suggestions to enhance guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments Your Sunny Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English
    • A college degree, ideally
    • 2-3 years of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent
    • Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with travel planning websites
    • Top-notch customer service skills and effective communication abilities
    • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
    • A professional appearance and demeanor
