DescriptionEssential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Conducts daily inspections of all assigned rooms.
  2. Assists with cleaning rooms.
  3. Advises Guest Room Attendants of VIP rooms, blocked rooms, and other notifications.
  4. Ensure the cleanliness of each guest room, including the cleaning of hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, bed boards, etc.
  5. Ensure cleanliness and appearance of vending machine areas and guest elevator areas on the floor.
  6. Report maintenance problems to the Engineering departments on proper forms.
  7. Report damage or theft of room to the Executive Housekeeper.
  8. Adheres to the Thoughtful Service Model at all times.
  9. Regular attendance required.
  10. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities

    None.Qualifications

    All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

    Regular attendance required.Education And/Or Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required. Three to six months related experience and/or training.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    None.Language Skills

    Must be able to effectively communicate in English.Mathematical Skills

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Computer Skills

    Basic computer knowledge preferred.Reasoning Ability

    Planning, Remember Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decisions, Discriminating Colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Examining & Observing Details.Physical Demands
