Responsibilities:
- Be the compassionate hand that guides patients through daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mealtimes.
- Monitor vital signs and serve as a vigilant advocate for our patients' well-being.
- Partner with nurses and therapists to provide holistic care that meets each patient's unique needs.
- Document patient information meticulously, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.
- Create a safe and hygienic environment, fostering a sense of comfort and dignity for residents.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, brightening the days of those entrusted to our care.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
- A natural wellspring of compassion and empathy to guide your every interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, valuing partnership and support.
- Time management and organizational skills to maintain efficiency and focus on patient care.
- Physical strength and agility to assist with patient transfers and movement as needed.
- Prior healthcare experience a plus, but passion and dedication are truly invaluable.
