The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree required.Prior experience leading/managing the procurement function in a business unit part of an international group.Minimum of 5 years' experience.Experience managing the categories of Fleet, Logistics, Travel and/or Spare Parts is highly preferred.Understanding of procurement and procurement transformation programs.Strong commercial knowledge and knowledge of related processes, tools, competences.Program and project management knowledge.Consultancy skills and understanding of change programs.Significant experience of managing Direct and Indirect spend categories.5+ years of team management experience including specific examples of key successes in development of team members.
