I’ve been in practice 21 years and would like to step back into only a management position. This opens up opportunity for an acupuncturist to come into a well-established practice. Currently, I’ve been seeing patients 2-1/2 days/week, but if you wish, there is tremendous potential for growth. We are a private clinic with 2 massage therapists and 1 acupuncturist (myself) providing in-house referrals. We are well-regarded in the community and also get regular referrals from local MD’s & DC’s. The majority of the practice is insurance based. We work with a billing service.

The practice currently has a focus on musculoskeletal, digestive and reproductive health. My style is a gentle TCM approach including herbal and nutritional recommendations. I also practice nutritional applied kinesiology and would be willing to teach you this efficient, highly effective method.

Sandy and the surrounding area is a rapidly growing community and the practice draws from up the mountain and into Gresham and surrounding areas. We are within easy walking distance to restaurants, food carts, banks, library and parks. The office has off-street parking, reception area, restroom, laundry, kitchenette and handicap access.

Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills, enthusiastic and ambitious
-Active Oregon acupuncture license and NCCAOM certification
-Willingness to credential with several insurance plans (we can help with this)
-Maintain high level of confidentiality and HIPPA compliance
-Computer skills, we use JaneApp EHR for charting, scheduling and accounting
-Liability and malpractice insurance must be current
-Ability to run two treatment rooms with staggered appointments
-Recent graduates encouraged to apply

You can choose the days and hours you wish to work. This is an independent contractor position, you will be compensated 50% of the treatments you perform as they are paid. Compensation may be increased as the practice grows.
