starting January 6, 2025, with a schedule of 2 weeks per month and no call.
This role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, supported by a
dedicated team of RNs, MAs, and APPs, with charting in Cerner.

**Board Certification Requirements:**






* ACLS
* ATLS
* BLS



**Required State Licensure:** Wisconsin



**Estimated Start Date:** 1/6/2025



**Will Wait for License:** Yes



**Days Needed:** 1/6 - ongoing, 2 weeks/month ongoing with no call



**Scheduled Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM



**Medical Setting:** Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient



**Call Requirements:** None



**Patient Ages:** All ages



**Types of Cases and Procedures:** Preferred cases include radiologic exam
interpretation (unofficial), diagnostic/therapeutic taps, lumbar puncture,
subdural taps, thrombolytic therapy, nerve/muscle biopsies, EEG, brain death
exam, EMG, NCV tests, evoked potentials, pain management procedures,
peripheral nerve blocks, spinal/paraspinal/epidural blocks, botulinum toxin
administration (Botox), sleep studies, and disability evaluation.



**Support Staff:** RNs, MAs, APPs



**Charting:** Cerner



**Credentialing Timeframe:** 60 days
