**The Opportunity**
SSM Health- Waunakee, is a multi-specialty group that is actively recruiting a Experienced full-time (.8-1.0FTE) Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join the Waunakee location. There are five Family Physicians and one Advanced Practitioner based at this location. This is an outpatient only practice, and this position would not have to take call.
**The Hospital**
St. Mary\'s Hospital has been serving Madison since 1912. The hospital is a secondary care facility with 450 beds that is used by SSM Health physicians. The hospital and the SSM Health clinics work in a complementary manner on many joint ventures to provide excellence in patient care.
