Are you a jack-of-all-trades looking for a ground-floor opportunity with a local Clark County residential construction company?

Zip Construction offers residential remodeling and handyman service company in Clark County, WA. We're looking for a reasonable, responsible, hard-working handyperson to join our team as an on-call employee with eventual transition to part-time then full-time as the company grows. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and build your career in the residential construction industry.

What you'll do:
• Work on remodeling projects, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
• Perform installations of roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, flooring, windows, decks.
• Handle a variety of residential Handyperson tasks such as mounting Tv’s, patching drywall, etc...
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• NO Plumbing, Electrical, Asbestos, Elevators, Boilers or mobile home installation.

What we're looking for:
• Experience in at least some of the following areas: carpentry, trim, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring, framing, painting, insulation, tiling, windows, concrete, decks.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new things.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently.
• The ability to take direction.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What we offer:
• $20 to $25/hour to start depending on experience, with pay increases as you take on more responsibility and skills.
