Job Description:

Ø Analyzing Transaction errors in TIBCO Business Connect.

Ø Analyze/ Debug EDI file processing issues.

Ø Analyze files missing in TIBCO Transaction Insight Portal

Ø Load Data in TIBCO Patterns

Ø Debug issues in TIBCO Business Works Process Monitor

Ø Develop code with TIBCO Business Works, EMS, Admin

Ø Create Proof of Concept to resolve business problem.

Ø Work with TIBCO product team on issue resolution.

Ø Ability to analyze and enhance the home-grown application using TIBCO BW

Ø Address performance bottleneck and constantly innovate and bring value addition.

Ø Work with Infrastructure team in supporting maintenance of TIBCO BC / BWMP servers.

Ø Should be well-versed in Oracle DB PL/SQL objects including procedures, Function, Triggers, and packages.

Ø Work on Application maintenance and support activities which includes trouble shooting, identifying, and resolving performance bottleneck.

Ø Work closely with Customer IT, business and cross functional teams providing quality services.

Ø Provide On-Call / Off Hours support as needed for critical production issues.

Qualifications:

Ø Minimum 6 to 8 years hands-on experience in TIBCO products

Ø Analyzing Transaction errors in TIBCO Business Connect.

Ø Analyze/ Debug EDI file processing issues.

Ø Analyze files missing in TIBCO Transaction Insight Portal

Ø Load Data in TIBCO Patterns

Ø Debug issues in TIBCO Business Works Process Monitor

Ø Develop code with TIBCO Business Works, EMS, Admin

Ø Create Proof of Concept to resolve business problem.

Ø Work with TIBCO product team on issue resolution.

Ø Ability to analyze and enhance the home-grown application using TIBCO BW.

The annual salary for this position will be based on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
