As an IT Specialist, you will perform the following duties:

Install and upgrade the servers and application tools in Oracle and Microsoft SQL database environments. Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database systems. Creating primary database storage structures (tablespaces) and primary objects (tables, views, indexes) once application developers have designed an application.
Acts as Tier II server and network support technician providing technical guidance and resolutions on complex troubles and projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and implement server-based requirements and improve and standardize operating procedures and documentation.
Configures computers and other IT equipment and troubleshoots software and network connectivity issues. Plans, coordinates, develops, tests, documents, installs, and maintains servers and desktops (Windows and Linux), networking devices and file shares on premise and or cloud. Maintains constant system quality control to ensure that regulatory and security requirements are met.
