Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycle, collaborating with department heads and senior management to develop accurate and actionable financial plans.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making, driving business performance and profitability.Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business initiatives, assess risk, and drive strategic planning.Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and opportunities.Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on FP&A and budgeting/forecasting ownership.Experience working within a law firmStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
